GM Diet Day 4 – Bananas & Milk!

Congratulations on making it to GM Diet day 4. This is a day with probably the toughest restrictions. You can only eat bananas and milk on GM diet day 4. The diet is meant to cover up the potassium and calcium requirements. This day can be hard work because of the limited choices during the day. However, these are very filling foods. So you will not feel hungry during the day. But for the people who like to have something to munch might feel a little distressed. We also will go over some of the most commonly appearing symptoms on the second day of the GM Diet Plan.

Eat bananas either whole or in a smoothie with milk and ice. You are allowed only the GM diet wonder soup. No other fruits and vegetables are allowed.

  • breakfast: 2 bananas and 1 glass of milk
  • snack: 1 smoothie containing banana and skim milk
  • lunch: 1 bowl of wonder soup
  • snack: 1 smoothie containing banana and skim milk
  • dinner: wonder soup and 1 banana

This routine will help space out the meals. However, you should be aware that you don’t give in to cravings because of the limited choices.

By Day 4 the body has already garnered sufficient amounts of sweets from fruits, and at the same time fiber from vegetables. Since it already has a sustained appetite, it would no longer be responsive to the taste of bananas. Persons who have reached Day 4 would rely more on liquids, and they get their energy from milkshakes and soup.

Physical Symptoms on Day 4

You are bound to feel bored because of the limited choices available. If you are in a stressful situation, you may be tempted to eat something other than the prescribed diet. Stay strong during the day. You would naturally feel a little-headed during the day. You may also feel tired. It is not uncommon to experience a mild headache. These are simply responses of the body to the change of diet.

Below are some tips to avoid the symptoms.

  1. Stay Hydrated – This is the golden rule for any healthy diet plan. Have a small glass of water every other hour. This is critical to avoid a feeling of weakness. Also, it helps to avoid headaches.
  2. Hunger is not going to be a problem. The real problem is boredom. Keep yourself distracted with constructive activity. Try to keep your mind off food as much as possible.

Bonus Activity

You should go for a quick run for 30 mins before you retire for the day. This ensures the results of the diet.

By the end of the day, if you have followed the instructions, you should be at least 3.5 kgs lighter by the end of day 4. Congratulate yourself on a whole day’s hard work. Get ready for the GM Diet Day 5.
