GM Diet day 7, congratulations people. You’ve made it through the testing fires of the GM Diet. This is the home stretch. We are at the end of the GM Diet program. You would be feeling awesome. Not only physically but also because you are on the cusp of achieving a milestone of sorts. So it is a great day. Great day to feel good. This is the last day of the program and it is a day to eat well. We proposed the meal plan for the day below.
Eat fruit, vegetables, and brown rice. The diet plan for this day permits sugar-free juice.
- breakfast: 1 bowl of brown rice and 1 orange or a bowl of watermelon
- lunch: 1 bowl of brown rice and 1 glass of sugar-free fruit juice
- dinner: 1 bowl of brown rice with 1 bowl of raw or cooked vegetables
- snacks: berries, citrus fruits, or wonder soup
GM Diet Day 7 – Final Day and Another Feast!
There is ample variety to choose from today. Eat fruits, eat vegetables with brown rice. The plan above details how to distribute the same over the course of the day. However, you can mix and match as you feel fit.
A quick note on some special instructions. You would not be going through unexpected hunger pangs. By this time, the body has gotten used to reduced appetite. It is important not to overeat due to any stress.
Physical Symptoms on Day 7
By now your body is set up for your weight loss journey. At this stage, you should be feeling awesome. You should be feeling healthy. Remember this feeling. It will keep you motivated to maintain the healthy lifestyle you have prepared for the body.
There are no symptoms to address at this point. Only good habits to continue.
